It's hard to argue against the A45, especially if all you're looking for is a very powerful premium hot hatchback that's very difficult to beat in a straight line by any of its direct rivals. But if you need a little more than that, perhaps Carlsson's CA45 conversion is just the thing.

According to the tuner, the exterior mods can just as easily apply to the regular W176 A-Class facelift with AMG-Line as they can to the thoroughbred A45.

The revised body kit is made up of a custom front spoiler, side skirts, rear spoiler, diffuser and a few Carlsson badges and logos, with the latter replacing the regular Mercedes logo on the front grille. Customers can opt for different wheel and tire combos, where the wheel size can go up to 20" - which is what you're looking at in these images.
